How early should we book our pre-cruise Hotel for Feb '07 in Miami

We are sailing out of Miami on February 11, 2007. How soon should I start bidding for the room?

I have read that hotels are very limited due to super bowl. You might want to look into it now.

Start now. Even though it's a week after the Super Bowl in Miami, hotel room availability might be hit or miss with fans who will extend their Super Bowl experience with an extended vacation in the area. ;)

You need to book your hotel room as soon as possible. I'm sailing on Feb. 10th and have had my room booked for a while. Most of the people in our group have had very little luck finding inexpensive hotel rooms, those of us that did managed to find website errors. There is very little hotel room availability in South Florida next February due to the Super Bowl being held in Miami the first weekend in February. Hotel rooms have been taken for the weeks prior to the Super Bowl and the weeks after.
