Nana G Posted July 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 11, 2006 Hi, Leaving 7-15 aboard Zenith. 2 previous trips on old Pacific Princess which we loved. Have fallen in love also with Bermuda and want to see things on our own this time. Heard about a pass to all historic buildings/forts/museums. Anyone know what the price is for this and where to get it?
e.durban Posted July 12, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 12, 2006 It's called the Bermuda Heritage Passport (if I remember) and it costs $25pp. Here's a link with more info: http://www.bermudatourism.com/sightseeing.pdf
CaribbeanBound Posted July 12, 2006 #3 Share Posted July 12, 2006 We did it. It's worth it. Here is a very detailed review of Zenith to Bermuda. We were there for a week. We stopped in Hamilton and St. George. Hints and tips about the ship, island transportation, beaches, caves, forts and sea glass. http://www.lavasurfer.com/info/bermuda.html Enjoy your trip. Nerina Posted July 12, 2006 #5 Share Posted July 12, 2006 Hi CaribbeanBound, Just read about your trip - lots of great information - thanx! As for the caves, we are interested in visiting them & would like to know if you can take pictures in them? Do you have a guide or can you walk thru them at your own pace? Approximately how long does it take to see both caves?
CaribbeanBound Posted July 16, 2006 #6 Share Posted July 16, 2006 Yes, you can take all the pictures you want. The tours were guided only. Not including wait time and the queue (hint: GET THERE EARLY) allow about 30 minutes for each cave. If your group size is large and/or there are a lot of people awaiting the tour, it may take longer. You will have a MUCH BETTER experience if you can get into a small group.
