Specialty Tea Boxes Still On Golden?

Does the Golden still provide the Specialty Teas i.e. camomile etc. in the Horizon, alongside the regular tea and coffee?

 

Heard a rumour that this has been withdrawn and you now have to pay. I find this hard to believe!!
