REFURBISHED Spa/Fitness Facilities on Sovereign &/or Monarch…

Being an avid user of spa facilities (fitness equipment, steam room, sauna, etc) and having traveled on the Majesty of the Seas, I was wondering what the set-up was like on the either the Sovereign or the Monarch since they were refurbished.

I am aware they totally reinterpreted the spa & fitness facilities on the SS & MN, but want to know what the fitness facilities are like and be sure they still have steam & sauna rooms available free-of charge and if they’re coed or in the locker rooms.

If anyone has traveled on either of these ships recently and can describe facility configurations (amount of equipment, access, co-ed vs. locker room) and service-level (clean, well-attended, etc.) I’d be very grateful.
