San Telmo Flea Market

Has anyone been to the San Telmo Flea Market in Buenos Aires which is held on Sundays?

Is it worth seeing?

Hello!

Yes, we did go there in January of this year. I would say that if you like to go to any flea market in a small town, go ahead. Personally, I was not impressed as we don't collect the kinds of things they sell....old books, metal objects, china, costume jewellery etc. I think we spent a total of 20 minutes just walking around but could have done without it. It is quite a distance by taxi from the main tourist areas of BA. (We had just come from the Oceania Santiago-Buenos Aires cruise.)
