Tampa port rental car return?

Is it possible to return a rental at the port or in the area? If so, which rental companies? I would rather not go back to the airport.

Hertz waterside location will let you drop off and pick up rental cars. We plan to do this on our 2/07 cruise as we will be staying in Tampa pre and post cruise.

We just used Alamo a couple of weeks ago. We rented in orlando for a couple of days prior to our cruise. A short shuttle ride to the pier after car drop off in Tampa, it is right near the airport though, but the shuttle is free. Also after debarkation, you can ride the alamo shuttle right to the airport for free again. We did tip the driver, but a real deal for a family.
