City Inn Westminster

We have just found out that we do not have transfers from Celebrity to the City Inn Westminster. We bought the hotel package from the cruise and they initially told me that both transfers would be included but now claim that only the transfer from hotel to ship is included in the price. Does anyone know the best way to get to the hotel from Heathrow and how much it will cost. We do not want to take a train.

Well, that pretty much limits your options to road vehicles or walking. By road: taxi, private car or Hotelink.

To CruisePrincess: did you also purchase air through Celebrity? If you did, the transfers should be included. We have the hotel package as well as air, and I understand that all transfers are included, ie airport to hotel, hotel to ship, and at the end, ship to airport.

On my invoice info, it says all transfers included.
