Moving people around on bookings on ship

Recommended Posts

When I called RCI to ask about the Platinum Balcony discount, the rep noticed that both my Mom and I were Platinum and in the same cabin but were sailing with my Sister's family, who were all Gold. She suggested that I have my TA change the names around so that one of us in is each cabin so we get the discount on each cabin. My TA did this, but now I'm confused about checking in on the ship. As it now stands, my younger niece is in with me and my Mom is in with my Sister, Brother-in-law and older niece. When we check in, will they move Mom back in with me so we're where we should be for charging purposes? The girl said it's no problem but I'm just not sure if we need to do anything. Thanks for the help!!!
