Century Butler Service

There are two different descriptions of butler service on the Century and on the Mercury - which one is correct? I want all that is offered but do not want to be over board asking for extras that are not included.

Can anyone who has used a Sky Suite on the "New" Century advise what the butler did for you - Please.

Thanks,

Francine

We were in room 1058 on the Century and we had the butler service and loved all the pampering. When we arrived he introduced himself and already knew our names. the cabin had champagne and flowers. Every afternoon he brought us hors d'oeuvres or treats. they called it afternoon tea but we didn't drink tea. we had champagne or wine(which wasn't part of the daily service but we ordered it anyway) We picked this room not because of the butler service but because it was a decent size with a balcony and the bathroom had a tub. I have no information on the mercury's butler service so i can not comment.
