Comfort Suites in Davie, FL?

Just booked a king-bedded suite for the night before our end-of-January 2007 cruise. We got a rate of $143/night using our AAA discount. I've read good reviews - and it has free shuttle from the airport and to the cruiseport.

 

Anyone have a first hand review of this place? Is this a good price for a Florida hotel room at the end of January? I only just now read about the Sleep Inn in Dania and found I could get a king-bedded regular room there for just a little bit less than the Comfort Suites...not sure which one I should go with.

Good price, the location is safe, across the street from our local community college. A Shoneys next door for a bite to eat.

Both hotels are fine properties and either would be fine for the night. Sleep Inn has a grocery store next door if you need to pick up any last minute items.;)
