klh-or Posted July 23, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 23, 2006 We don't plan to eat in any of the cover charge restaurants. Of the others, the only that require a reservation are Endless Summer and La Trattoria, correct? Can you make a dinner reservation at Versailles and Aqua or is it walk-in only? Breakfast is available at Versailles and the Market Cafe only (other than muffins at Blue Lagoon)? We should plan to make our dinner reservations for the week soon after boarding, true? You can get a plate at the Market Cafe and take it back to your room, right? Thanks...trying to get all my thoughts in order!

You can get a plate at the Market Cafe and take it back to your room, right? You can only make reservations in the main dinning rooms (Versailles and Aqua) if you are a large group (8 or more) and then only at 5:30, 5:45, 6:00, 6:15 or after 8:15. (I was part of a large group and so I know!) LaTrattatoria and Endless Summer are free but require reservations which you should make early in the week. There is a counter in the Grand Atrium near the reception desk that takes reservations during the day, or you can call to make them. On the Dawn last month, we waited until Day 3 to make them for Salsa (which is "Endless Summer" on the Dawn) and they were booked for the week. Sit Down Breakfast in Versailles and buffet in the Market Cafe. Lunch Choices are Versailles, Buffet or Blue Lagoon. You can take food from the buffet either out to the pool deck to eat or back to your cabin. Just leave the plates in your room and your room stewards will remove them. johnql Posted July 27, 2006 #5 Share Posted July 27, 2006 Can you order room service from the main dinning rooms menu during dinner time? No. At least not from the non-suite cabins. It's possible that suite passengers enjoy that privilege.
