Hi,

 

I came across the board doing some research on these cruises. I have only gone on 1 cruise in my life and wasn't a fan at all. However I am considering 1 of these for my next trip to Hawaii rather then flying all over, renting cars, hotels etc.

 

Most likely I would still rent a car at most islands even with the cruise but I am concerned about the cruise in general. I haven't read too many good reviews on either of these cruises which is concerning to me and I am thinking maybe I should just do a few days in Maui (which I know I like) and a few in Kauai before flying home.

 

Any recent positives on the Cruise? Anyone go in Late Nov or Early Dec last year (good time to go?). Any tips for a good deal? Also we like to have a few drinks are they really strict about bringing on alcohol? Do they search bags? We really don't want to get ripped off to drink crappy wine/alcohol?

 

We would most likely do the Maui cruise (depart from Maui)
