sunset beach bar

The food is okay, just burgers, fish & chips, ribs, fries and things like that served on a tray on paper plates. You can sit at the bar (which is outside) or at picnic tables. It's a fun way to spend part of a day though. We were there in December and thought it was great! (Good drinks though!! Served in real glasses. ;) )

I'd add to my post, above, that the burgers are great, as well, and our guests really enjoyed the ribs.

Everyone enjoyed the drinks, and the location is as good as it gets for the landing aircraft!

The ribs are good. We visit Sunset Bar every year while in St. Martin. We don't consider the vacation complete without ribs and a drink while watching the planes arrive. Be sure to try and combine your visit with the Air France take-off in the afternoon if they are still flying the big planes...it is a hoot to see the backwash blow people off the beach. Also, let the folks back home know when you'll be there and (if it is up and running...which it sometimes isn't) wave to them on the webcam.
