Transportation from Orlando to Tampa

Hello

We are taking our very first Carnival cruise in September (Inspiration - departs from Tampa). Our flight arrives and departs from Orlando as we are spending a short time in Disneyworld. Other than renting a car or going by Greyhound, does anyone know of any transport companies that do this route?

A bus transportation system that we who live in Florida use to get to the piers is called Cruise-Connection(website is same name.com) You may be able to find the information you need on their website; if not, you can call. I've spoken with them several times in making arrangements, and they were very helpful.
