big mall in Isla Margarita?

Hello,

 

I am going on Golden Princess very soon and I was wondering if it was worth

going to Sambil Mall considering the short time we will have on the island: 7:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m.?

You're a pretty preceptive person....LOL

 

If you wade through all the hawkers when you get off the gangway, you'll find a tour that will take you into town for about US$10/ea in an air conditioned bus with a guide. You'll find them at the very back of the crowd and you'll see their silver bus parked behind them.

 

They take you into town and give you a couple of hours to shop, then take you back.

 

If you walk along the main street, you'll find a micro-brewery owned by an American. You can taste all his wares for about US$6. A few doors down from the brewery is a pharmacy that has everything that you'd ever want and CHEAP.

 

Don't spent too much. Don't expect too much.....
