Cocoa Beach excursion

We'll be in Port Canaveral on the Crown Princess in Sept. They have an excursion that takes you to Cocoa Beach and Ron Jon's surf shop. Is this worth 54.00pp? That seems kinda steep.

In my opinion, no. You can rent a car for that or a little more and do it yourself. Ron Jons is just a few miles down A1A. You would have a lot more freedom to take a nice drive down A1A or where ever. You could even check at the Hampton Inn close to it and see if they would let you do a "day pass" type thing. They have a nice pool and a walk way to the beach.

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe 20 bucks, but 54 seemed way high.

Ron Jons is a unique surf shop, but not something you need a tour to go to. I would check into renting a car (BookingBuddy.com) and drive around the area on your own ~ it is easy to navigate.
