Walking Tour

Any suggestions for good walking tour maps/ guides or walking tour itineraries from past cruisers in the cities of Stockholm, Copenhagen and Helsinki? The NCL itinerary only has a short day in Copenhagen but full days at Helsinki and Stockholm. How early did you start your walking tour? Was there a lot of people walking already at such an early time? Did you feel that it was safe walking around? I'm trying to look at different options. Thank you very much for any info.:) :) :)

Rick Steves' book "Scandinavia 2006" has good walking tours of all three cities as well as Oslo and Talinn
