perfume oils - sellers

Last time I was in St. Thomas, there was a guy on the beach near the port selling perfume oils. If I remember rightly, he was near the market area. I will be there again in Dec - does anyone know if he is still there?

The oils were fantastic and I would love to stock up again.

You're probably talking about Yahya in the Vendors' Plaza. He's in the States right now, but he should be back in September. I'll be sure to tell him people are asking about him - he'll be so thrilled! Just ask for him when you get to town.
