Funcouple Posted July 29, 2006 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2006 I know that Pussers has several locations on Tortola but which one is considered the nice one? Thanks.
Pyrate13 Posted July 29, 2006 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2006 There are two Pusser's on Tortola, one in Road Town and one in Soper's Hole, West End. The one in Road Town has it's bar inside so it has A/C. The Soper's one has an outside bar right at the marina. Their shops contain the same items so it depends on which bar you would prefer. I like Soper's better for the atmosphere of the marina bar.

Pyrate13 Posted August 11, 2006 #5 Share Posted August 11, 2006 The Pusser's in Soper's Hole is operating. They were operational the next day although a bit limited. The OP asked about Pusser's on Tortola which is why I didn't bring up Marina Cay or Leverick Bay, sorry.
slk230red Posted September 12, 2006 #6 Share Posted September 12, 2006 Has anyone information about the complimentary ferry at Pussers at Marina Cay? Do you catch the free ferry at the Pussers in Road Town? What about the idea that is mentioned of renting a Boston Whaler at Marina Cay for a short ride to snorkel? Does anyone have the specific details for doing this? (see below for an explaination of what I am referring to.) This info was on the Cruise Critic destination site: "Off the eastern tip of Tortola, tiny Marina Cay offers a vest pocket-sized beach, Pusser's restaurant and company store, small resort, marina and a handful of shops and an Internet Cafe. Getting There: A complimentary daily ferry service is operated by Pusser's between Beef Island, Tortola and Marina Cay. The trip takes less than ten minutes. For schedules call (284) 494-2174. Ashore: Pusser's operates a resort, shop and restaurant here. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m.daily and serves the usual Pusser's fare at prices ranging from $5.00 through $21.00. The resort's marina also has small outboard motorboats, Hobie Cats and beach toys for rent. Try renting one of the Boston Whaler skiffs for a five-minute scoot across the bay to tie up at the mooring over the lush snorkeling reef."
