What does Miami do on New Year's Eve??

We will be spending New Year's Eve in Miami before our January 1st cruise.

I was wondering what we should do in Miami for New Year's Eve??

Go clubbing or party at a bar? Are there fireworks over the bay??

We will be fairly close to the Bayside Market Place.. go to Hard Rock??

We had contemplated going to Senor Frogs, but it seems like a long way to go from our hotel since we are a rather large group of 16.
