Shuttle to port.

Hi,

I will be staying at the Radisson in Nov. I just called to make sure I had space on the shuttle van. I thought I made it for 10:30 and now they say that you can not go to the Glory before 11:30. They won't book us before that if I'm on the Glory.

Does anyone else know about this?

Where is the Radisson? Who is they? And noon is the best time to arrive at the pier anyway, so what's the problem?
