Sapphire formal nights

Yeah, Monday and Friday, the two at sea days are both formal nights. These are also the two nights that you do not get a alternative dining room menu in the international dining room. Sunday was Sterling, Tuesday was Vivaldi, Wed was Santa Fe and Thur was Pacific Moon. Not sure about Sat. because we didn't eat in the dining room that night. Also interesting that they do the baked Alaska on Thur (the last night in Alaska) instead of on the second formal night. They did cherries jubile on the second formal night.
