How long to go ashore?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long it takes to get from the pier to Blackbeards castle on St. Thomas, to Norman Island from the pier at Tortola, and how long it takes to go around old San Juan? Also, how long does it take to get off the ship (first time cruiser)?

Havensight (where most ships dock) to Blackbeards is about a 10-12 minute drive (in low/medium traffic).
