Gripe: The RCI Web Site stinks

Can anyone answer a relatively simple question: If you book a suite on Rhapsody of the Seas, can you get preferred tender tickets?

 

Now that I have asked my simple question, can anyone honstly say the RCI site is easy to navigate to find specific information? Hit their serach feature and it takes you, every time to the FAQ.

can anyone honstly say the RCI site is easy to navigate to find specific information?

I find the RCI site very easy to use, The only time I have any problems finding anything is when I am to lazy to read the link I am hitting. For me it is like using a dictionary if I just open any page the chance of finding the info I need are very slim.

As far as I know, the Rhapsody does not have a concierge lounge but we did ask the pursers desk for early tender tickets and we got them.
