Which tour in Skagway

This is for our cruise next year, but as long as it was on my mind thought I would ask. Does anyone have an opinion between the horseback ride with Joni (Southeast Tours) and the Delux Klondike tour through Princess?? The Princess tour is train up and van down with lunch in town. Which would be better?

 

Actually what I'm asking is: is the experience on the train and the views from the train better, will I be missing something if I never get to ride on the train??

Either way, yes you are "missing" something. Joni gets raves on this board. This option also gets you into the Yukon giving some spectacular farther scenery. The White Pass is loaded with history, if of interest, and definately superior scenery compared to that portion of the Klondike Highway. You are way too early to firm this up. Keep up your homework, the right choice will come for you. :)
