One or two tours in Juneau

My DH and I are booked on RCCL Photo Safari in Juneau which is first thing in the morning. Do you think we should take Capt. Larry's boat in the afternoon or just walk around Juneau and the Mendhall Glacier (i know i spelled it wrong)?

Please let me what everyone thinks including BudgetQueen.

Thanks,

Christine

I vote yes for Captain Larry.

I would not go to Juneau without going with him on a whale watching tour. You will never regret it!

When we go in September we are going with Larry in the morning and

the float plane tour in the afternoon.

Do you have all day in port??? Orca Enterprises is a top tour choice, IF of interest for humpbacks. Only you can decide how you want to occupy your time. But if you have the time, you can perhaps get a pick up/drop off at Mendenhall with the whale watch. I would NOT do both separately, since you add an hour in shuttle time. See what is available then decide.
