Cruising with Limited Mobility

My wife and I have been lucky enough to have cruised out of Sydney,Europe and the USA on many occasions. We love our cruising! 3 Years ago she lost her mobility to MS. This didnt stop us from cruising aboard the Royal Princess. We had a great time but it was oh so different having to push a wheelchair. We found that we couldnt do our own things as I had to be available all the time to push the chair. Well last cruise on the Infinity we purchased a portable scooter (Liberty Easy Travel). It was wonderful and my wife found that she could do what she wanted to do on her own. We had many people stop us and ask where we had purchased the product as it was lightweight and folded up like a stroller. On shore excursions we were able to drive around and it easily fitted into the boots of Taxis . Would you believe we also took it aboard a tender and even drove it up to the aircraft door. If you require an aid for walking this is product! Their website is www.libertymobilityaids.com.au :)
