Shops, Bars on Sunday-OPEN??

We will be on the Legend and our port day in Martinique is Sunday...any experience about the shops, bars and resturants??

My husband and I will be on the same cruise - heading out on Nov. 8th is it? I was wondering about this same ? myself - seems most shops are closed in Barbados and St. Martin while our ship docks there...not sure about Martinique. Maybe someone who has been there can fill us in. This is my first time visiting these ports. :)

Barbados was shut down on Sunday though

 

this time its martinique on Sunday for us and its News Years Day..so probably everything closed

Boatyard will be open and there will be taxis at the port available to take you there - that's our plan for when we're there - Sunday, Nov. 12th. (we're on the Legend sailing Nov. 8th)
