birdie16 Posted August 10, 2006 #1 Share Posted August 10, 2006 Sorry if this is a stupid question, I'm kind of having one of those "stupid question" days! The last time I rented a car for one-way to the Port Canaveral I know I used Budget. My problem is this, I am trying to book my car through Priceline and they don't recognize Port Canaveral or Cocoa Beach as a drop off point. How do you make your reservation? Thanks! Funseekers Posted August 10, 2006 #2 Share Posted August 10, 2006 You might want to try Cape Canaveral. Hope that helps.:)
frito58 Posted August 10, 2006 #3 Share Posted August 10, 2006 If your trying to do a one way rental Priceline won't do that. Hotwire does't do it either. Go to mousesaver.com you can find great deals on rental cars. I got a one way for $20.

birdie16 Posted August 10, 2006 Author #5 Share Posted August 10, 2006 I just tried Mousesavers.com and they don't know the drop off location. Has anyone done this lately? I know there is a place to do this, just don't know the city to put in. Thanks

MaryAnnKacz Posted August 11, 2006 #7 Share Posted August 11, 2006 We just booked through Budget. Picking up at airport, dropping off at Cape Canaveral. They shuttle you to the port, about 2 miles. It was $21 including tax. Book right through Budget.
birdie16 Posted August 13, 2006 Author #8 Share Posted August 13, 2006 Wow! I booked through Budget and it is $41.24~! Did you use a special code for $21?
birdie16 Posted August 13, 2006 Author #9 Share Posted August 13, 2006 I just called back and got $22.26, however, National was cheaper on the return ($37.50). I sure hope National is as easy as Budget for pick up at the port.
