Quick question - does that mean guarantee? It doesn't seem to specify anywhere on CC's website. If not, what is the correct category code for a guaranteed balcony? I'm looking at cruising on the Legend. Thanks!

Yes, BL is balcony guarantee. Just FYI, OV is oceanview guarantee and IS is inside guarantee. When are you thinking of going on the Legend?
