Gift question

My family of 4 is cruising in October to celebrate 15 years of wedded bliss (10 of the best years of my life). I would like to order a few goodies (the anniversary gift box, chocolate ships for the kids, etc) to have as surprises in the room when we get there. If another one of our family members wants to order something for us for the same reason, and it is a duplicate gift, will there be a way for us to know? In other words, I would like to cancel my order if someone orders the same gift for us. Make sense? Can't wait!!!

When I had this happen on another cruise line, they graciously substituted some other items so that we didn't have duplicates, except for a second bottle of champagne. So we ended up with a nice variety of goodies. Not sure what carnival does, but maybe they could make a note like this.
