Gift Bags in Cabins

I know that several brides talked about doing gift/favor bags for their guests. How did you get those bags distributed to the various cabins?

We have decided to get together with everyone like a week or two before the cruise, have a dinner, and give out everyones bags. That way they can decide what they want to take with them out of the bags and what they want to leave at home.

We packed ours up in boxes, put a cabin number luggage tag on them and gave them to the porters. They were delivered to our room with luggage, took a few minutes to straighten them out (had about 10 per box), then because we had paid 1.00 per bag through The Wedding Experience for delivery service, they were picked up and delivered to the cabins.

We gave ours out at the first night of dinner. The head waiter let us get into the dining room early and put them on the tables.
