Hanauma Bay- renting snorkel gear

We will be in Honolulu in Oct. and want to snorkel at Hanauma Bay. We own masks & snorkels, but need to rent fins. Has anyone rented gear at Hanauma Bay?? How much is it and can I rent just the fins?? We plan on getting there very early in the morning, since I hear that it becomes very crowded in the afternoon.
