Fishing possibilities?

We are thinking of taking an all day fishing charter out of Belize. These charters leave from a dock that is said to be a five minute walk from the cruise ships. The trips include lunches and are priced at about $450.... for one or two people in a boat. I have found one site http://www.yellowdogflyfishing.com/d...stinationID=63 that seems to arrange such trips tailored to cruisers, does anyone know anything about this outfit or reliable charters in Belize?
