Surprise visit from the upgrade fairy!

I just logged in to check our reservation and noticed we did receive an upgrade from an inside cabin to an oceanview. We sail in 6 days and I'm soooo excited! We couldn't afford a window since Alaska is so expensive and now we have one! We didn't have a guarantee room either, we had a specific cabin originally. The upgrade fairy does exist!:D

Congratulations, I just booked this cruise for next year!!! Are you going to Sitka or Icy point ( not sure what it is called) ? We can move ours to the next week and I am unsure which to do. We will have a 19 and 21 year olds with us

No, we visit Skagway, Juneau, and Ketchikan. Both Sitka and Icy Straight sound very interesting. I think Sitka has more stuff to do while Icy Straight is more like real Alaska, less touristy.

Alaska was one of my favorite cruises. Enjoy your outside cabin and congratulations, it will make your cruise more memorable.
