R & L Limos in Texas

I'm flying into IAH in September, staying one night at the Hilton Galveston and then boarding Rhapsody. In checking out limos and shuttle services I booked R & L Limos. Has anyone heard of them. I was not real comfortable with the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone. The rate was really great for a RT sedan for two people but not sure about it. I would appreciate any input.
