Sapphire vs Diamond Alaska voyages??

I'm looking at the possibility of booking the roundtrip Seattle itinerary in July, 2005. The AC mini is approximately the same price at this time. Are there any pros or cons from you experienced Sapphire and Diamond cruisers?

They are the same ship for all intents and purposes, if you look closely at the times in ports you may see some differences, for instance Sapphire cruises Tracey Arm early in the morning, those late risers aren't as happy about that.

 

It isn't a logical thing by any means but Sapphire doesn't seem to have the trouble getting into Victoria that Diamond did.

 

This is alot like going to the rental car place and deciding between the red Taurus and the blue one when you go out to the lot. No real difference.
