My friends stayed across the hall from it and i spent a decent amount of time in thier cabin, from the little amount i was able to see of it it looked fine to me, and an ample enough distance away from the elevators so that you shouldnt get too much noise from the hall, have a GREAT cruise

Looks like you are right under the card room. It doesn't get much quieter than that on a cruise ship. Enjoy.
