Explorer 12 night Cruise - Formal Nights, et al

I will be on a 12-night cruise on the Explorer next year and I was just looking for some information regarding the number of formal nights (I know there are 2 for a 9-night cruise). Will a cruise of this length have a 3rd formal night?

 

Also is there a choclate buffet? I read recently that they are included on longer cruises. The 9-night cruise has one at the pool and one on the last formal night.
