What's within walking distance of Montego Bay pier?

What can we easily walk to from the pier in Montego Bay?

We were just there this week on the Freedom. There wasn't anything

within walking distance of the pier. I think taxi/van fare into the city was about $8 per person roundtrip (The shuttle service inside the pier building was $12 per person) -just walk through to the front door and you will find plenty of taxis available. We went to Doctor's Cave Beach which was fairly nice and within walking distance of Margaritaville.

Very easy to get transportation back
