NCL Star penthouse Staterooms... balconies windy?

I see the category AC staterooms on the Norwegian Star are all situated at the front of the ship. Does anyone have any experience in them? Are their balconies terribly windy? Our last trip we were on the stern and it was nice and calm. If they are windy, how do the AF mini-suites on the sides compare?
