Suggestions for GREAT BBQ in Houston, TX....

OK all you Texans, where is the best place in Houston, or surrounding area going toward NASA (we are staying in a hotel in that area), that has GREAT BBQ?

Being a born and raised Texan myself, I am looking forward to some good ole Texas BBQ! We have been down to Texas visiting family (still living in Austin) and have been to Colter's BBQ in Dallas...loved it, but as far as I can tell (online) they don't have a restaurant in Houston.

So please post some suggestions.....we love not only ribs but brisket too---YUMMMMO!

The best is Goode Company but no locations close to NASA. Pappas is a close 2nd however.:)

It doesn't look like there are any in Houston, but if you ever pass by a Dickey's barbecue, they're very good, especially for a chain.
