Internet on Regal

If you are Platinum, do you still need to go to the Purser's Office and get cardboard tickets/passes with numbers on them to use the Internet? Last year I'd have to go to the Purser's every few days and get 60-minute cards, and then put the cards' id numbers in at logon.

As of August 2006, that was still the case. My folks recently returned from the Regal and they are Platinum members. My dad is a slow typer and kept running into trouble with the card running out before he had a chance to finish typing his emails. He'd then have to go back to the purser's to get another card and start all over again. I've told him over the years he needs to learn how to type. Now he's realizing the wizdom of that.

Thanks for the info, Jackie. Last time I was on Regal for ten days, and they gave me several cards at once if I asked. I'll see if they do that again. If they give them one at a time, it will be a pain.
