Fly fishing in Belize

Has anyone gone fly fishing in Belize? My husband REALLY wants to do this but do not know if it is feasable on a cruise ship schedule. We are trying to decide which ship to go on depending on how long they will be in Belize.

 

If anyone has gone fly fishing are there any recommendations for a guide?
