Fun Pass

I just tried to do our fun passes and their was a mistake and I tried to edit it 3 times and it was still incorrect. Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do to correct this? Thanks for any help.

I did mine a couple of weeks ago and had a question. I called Carnival (their automated phone line had a prompt for fun pass) and spoke with someone in Indonesia! She helped answer my questions. try it!

It had my husband listed as "no" for a past guest and it would not let me fix that, I called and it was fixed in minutes.

When are you cruising? We had major problems getting my daughter's and son's to go through with the correct date of birth. They gave me some story about within a month of the cruise, they would fix it. After hours on the phone, and assisting to speak with a supervisior, it was fixed before we left. Good luck.

:cool: I too had this same problem. I also had to call my PVP and she had it fixed right away. I hope everything works out for you and you have a wonderful cruise.:cool:
