European River Cruises

We are considering a river cruise in Europe. Has anyone ever been on one? Any suggestions? What are the chances of meeting someone gay?

My partner & I did the RSVP Danube cruise last September. With the small number of passengers, you are not that likely to meet other Gay guys, unless you go with RSVP or Romance Voyages. Both are running river cruises for gay people.

My partner and I took a Rhine River Cruise several years ago on the KD Line from Basel to Rotterdam. I don't remember meeting any other gays on the ship, but we had a great time.

It looks like my brother and I are going to try the Viking River Cruise out in Germany. They seem to be small. I was worried that it would be all old people.

It looks like we will be going on Viking in October. I have been on many "regular" cruises but this will be my first river cruise!
