Freedom of the seas

This is my first post I have cruised 14 times mostly Carnival but my last cruise was on the Freedom Of The Seas 8/27/06. Well what a trip far beyond what I expected. I had room 3318 which was perfect and quite. The service was fantastic and food was great. Chops was the best and everybody that worked on the ship had a smile and took care of you. The casino crew for the first time ever was fun and always a smile. The rooms were great small but seemed big and the beds WOW this was a perfect Cruise (the first) and will return next Year.:) :) :) :) :)

I keep reading about the Freedom and hope the Liberty of the Seas

is just as fantastic. Does anybody have any insight about the new

Liberty? The prices are lower for the Liberty for August so that's why

I booked. I can hardly wait as the rest of my family. The kids are ages

11 and 9 so I know there will be lots to do. I have sailed 5 Carnival

ships and I hope RC is the best to come.

I think it is safe to assume that any differences between the Freedom and the Liberty will be mostly cosmetic. I don't think there will be any new or different innovative features added to the next two Freedom ships, but will be interested to see what they will come up with when the Genesis project gets underway.:)

I booked mine on July 12th of LAST YEAR! I have just over 3 weeks left, and I can't believe that it is finally here. After almost 14 months of waiting, I am very ready to go!
