On Board Experience / The Bar at the Edge of the Earth

Q: Will there be a Cirque du Soleil show on board?

A: No. Open nightly, The Bar at the Edge of the
Earthâ„¢ is not a traditional Cirque du Soleil show. Cirque
du Soleil has designed a unique entertainment
experience for the observation lounge on select
Millennium-class ships. This experience will have a number of
characters created exclusively for Celebrity – with a
Masquerade Ball and a special Cirque du Soleil performance
one night of the cruise.

Q: Which ships have the Cirque du Soleil experience?

A: For now, Constellation® and Summit® are slated
for the onboard experience.

Q: When will The Bar at the Edge of the Earth be open?

A: The lounge will be open all day with a heightened
experience occurring between 7PM and 9PM. In addition,
guests may enjoy a Masquerade Ball and special
performance the night before the last formal night on every
cruise. After 9PM each night the resident DJ will play
music for guests. During the day, many of the
activities that currently take place in the lounge will remain
there.

Q: Will there be an additional charge for The Bar at
the Edge of the Earth?

A: There will not be a charge for the 7-9PM nightly
experience. We will be offering reservations to the
exclusive, one-time per cruise Masquerade Ball for a
moderate charge.

Q: Will the Cirque du Soleil experience be family
friendly?

A: The experience will feature video projection and
music that may not be suitable for very young children,
but the overall experience is designed for guests of
all ages.

Q: Will the Cirque du Soleil characters be at various
venues throughout the ship or only at the The Bar at
the Edge of the Earth?

A: Some exclusive characters will live only in the
lounge. Other characters, such as Pez Erizo, will engage
passengers throughout the ship.

Q: Can The Bar at the Edge of the Earth be purchased
by a group?

A: As we introduce this new experience, we want to
make it available to as many guests as possible. For now,
the lounge cannot be purchased.

Masquerade Ball

Q: Can everyone attend the Masquerade Ball?

A: Similar to our Specialty Restaurants, this is an
exclusive, reservation-only experience.

Q: Will the mask be free at the experience or should
it be purchased prior to the show? Can guests bring
their own?

A: Guests will be encouraged to wear masks. Many
different types will be available for purchase before the
Ball. Hats will also

be available for guest who do not wish to wear masks.

Q: Since this is not a show, will there be Cirque du
Soleil acrobatic performances on board the ship.

A: There will be performance elements during the one
time per cruise Masquerade Ball. The performances
won’t be Cirque du Soleil’s scheduled, staged
performances, but impromptu acrobatic acts demonstrating the
human potential that made Cirque du Soleil famous.

Captain’s Club

Q: Will Captain’s Club members enjoy any special
benefits in the lounge?

A: In an effort to treat our most loyal guests
famously, we will announce benefits for Captain’s Club
members in the future. Visit cruisingpower.com for
details.

Thank you for choosing Celebrity Cruises.
