When should we be ready and waiting. Also to get off at a pier how early should we be ready and waiting. Since our excursions are in the early morning I don't want to waste a lot of time standing in line. Thanks again.

Oh I would just take a blanket and pillow and sleep there the night before :D !!!

 

Really it depends if you have an excursion booked with Carnival, I've heard they let them off first.

OH BOY! :eek: I am terrified of hour long lines. I have patience but I can see how that will get old with 3 different ports. Hopefully there is a time frame I am missing.

Grand Turk and Nassau are docking ports, no tendering. At Half Moon Cay, instead of racing to be on the first tender off the ship just take it easy and wait since it is a private island.

Good point! I can assume when docked at a pier the line to get off the ship will constantly be moving - right? I can handle this. As for HMC I will again take your advice since we will be there all day there is no big hurry. We will enjoy a nice breakfast that day then head for the line. Thanks a lot for the help!

We are also going to those ports, on the Elation. Jan. 06/07. When is yours? I am really looking forward to Grand Turk and Halfmoon Cay, haven't been to either before. I love beach days. :D

Keep in mind that there are others, probably the vast majority on your cruise, that are "in the same boat";)

Luv's Cruzin' - we are going Sept 30th on the Fantasy. We are looking for others that are going too but the roll call is pathetic - maybe only handful of people are there. Oh well. I plan to do a very specific review on the ports. Prehaps I can answer some questions for people that I couldn't get myself.

In the past, guest who had excursion tickets did not need tender passes. Just show your ticket. This could be different on select ships, but this is how I've seen it in the past.
