can anyone tell me about the "mountain to sea by bicycle" shore excursion in ochos rios? my husband and i are in our mid-20s and love the more physically challenging excursions although cannot do scuba/snuba because of his lung condition. thanks!

Try this site. I know they do excursions for the ships. My ATV was through them and awesome!!

Thanks! That looks like the tour we signed up for. Glad to see they limit it to 8 people.

My HD and I did this excursion. It was fun and we learned a lot. The swim and snorkel at the end was fun too. We even got to cliff jump. They provide you with the bike, helmet, elbow and knee pads. They also provided shorkel gear. On the ride, if you became thirsty, they offered water, pop and even red stripe. LOL
